Massage Follow up Appointment
Description
A re-assessment is an evaluation of your status that is conducted at the start of each follow-up appointment. The therapist may conduct some or all the components of the initial assessment again as well as consult with you further to determine your satisfaction with the progress being made and to reexamine short-term and long-term treatment goals. Be sure to update your massage therapist regarding any changes in your conditions or any treatments being provided by other health professionals. For Massage therapy service, the 13% tax is collected and remitted by a massage therapist HST/GST-registrant to the Government of Canada in Ontario.
