What is “Qi”?

氣 Qi (/ˈtʃiː/ CHEE), according to Trditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), identifies a life force or vital energy that guides someone’s physical and mental processes. Everything in the world is made up of Qi, including the physical body and the feelings a person has. We believe that to be balanced in life and free from physical or mental health issues, a person must have balanced and free flow of Qi.

Qi Flow Wellness offers Massage therapy, the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints, and Acupuncture sessions that involve inserting very thin stainless steel needles into the skin at multiple “acupoints.” The needles re-balanced your body's energy, Qi, and prompt your body to release natural good chemicals to fight the illness or symptom.
